I bought a Toyota Land cruiser 76 (GRJ76) of the year 2014.
In the Netherlands were I live it is impossible to register this car because of the difficult regulations.
The TUV in Germany also disapproved because of the emission. They could not tell me what the exact problem was and how to fix it. Now after 10 months trying still i can not use the car.
There was a company in Germany ( TD Experience - Allrad Zentrum - Autohaus Dinig GmbH & Co. KG (toyota.de) ) that installed a kit so that the engine was according to TUV requirements but they stoped doing this.
Does anybody know how you can modify this car so that it gets approved?
I think it has something to do with the single versus the dual VVT-i that has been installed on the newer models but i am not sure.
